CVET has developed Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) to define the veterinary integration, coordination, expectations, and treatment protocols that CVET will use in the field. These guidelines were developed through research and evaluation of various veterinary and animal response protocols within the state and across the country, and provide a framework for CVET operations. The SOG will be continuously updated as we learn from training and deployments, improving our overall level of readiness.
